The venue has a wheelchair accessible, gender neutral washroom.
Food
There will be a free or pay-what-you-can vegan meal provided in the afternoon, with ingredients listed. Snacks will be available throughout the day as well.
COVID Safety
This will be a masked event; please wear a mask when not eating or drinking. KN95/N95 masks will be provided for free. We will also have HEPA air purifiers at the venue.
Photos and Surveillance
Please do not take any photos, record audio, or film videos of someone without explicit consent. In addition, please do not wear smart glasses at the event. Individuals who persist in filming or recording others without consent will be very firmly asked to leave.
However, please be aware that bad actors and state surveillance may still be present, and take measures to limit exposure accordingly.
First Aid and Harm Reduction
We will have trained medics equipped with first aid and harm reduction supplies available throughout the day. We will also have free harm reduction kits available for participants to take.
Childcare
We hope to have free childcare available at the event. Please stay tuned for updates.
